Thermaltake readies new reservoir, reservoir and pump combo

For those looking to update their liquid cooling system this holiday season Thermaltake has prepared a couple of products dubbed simply SR100 and SR200. The SR100 is a new reservoir that measures 66 (D) x 193 (H) mm and can hold up to 225cc of coolant while the SR200 is a bundle that includes the SR100 reservoir and the 500 L/hr P500 pump.

Both the SR100 and SR200 work with Thermaltake's BigWater series cooling systems and will arrive in the coming weeks. Pricing is yet unconfirmed.
Titan to release LGA 1366-ready FENRIR CPU cooler

Low, low-rider Titan has just introduced the FENRIR, a CPU cooler that is compatible with Core i7 processors. Codenamed TTC-NK85TZ, the cooler measures 156 x 124 x 107 mm and has four 8mm copper heatpipes in a 'Heat Pipe Direct Touch' mix, an aluminum heatsink and a 120mm Z-axis bearing fan which works at speeds between 800 and 2200 RPM (rotations per minute).

Going from 17.2 to 39dBA in terms of sound output, the FENRIR has support for Intel LGA775, LGA1366 and AMD Socket AM2+, AM2, 940, 939, 754 CPUs. The cooler's pricing is yet unknown.
Akasa intros the Core i7-supporting Nero cooler

Not the one to fall behind, Akasa has now unveiled Nero, a new CPU cooler that work's with Intel's recently-introduced Core i7 processors. Measuring 160.5 x 119.9 x 54mm, Akasa's "Emperor of cooling" features three 8mm 'U' shaped copper heatpipes that get to touch the CPU, a heatsink with 46 aluminum fins and a 120mm sleeve bearing fan that can work at speeds between 500 and 1500 RPM (rotations per minute).

The Nero has a sound output that hovers between 18.3 and 24.6 dB(A) comes with support for not only LGA 1366 (Core i7) but also LGA 775 and AMD Socket 939, 940, AM2(+) CPUs. The cooler will hit stores in the next couple of weeks.
Optimus Aux OLED keypad almost finished, to cost $650

Art. Lebedev Studio has delivered a new update regarding the development of the Optimus Aux keypad and it confirms that the peripheral is just about to ready for shipping. Seen below is a pre-production prototype of the keypad which has now also received a price estimate - $650.

The Optimus Aux features 15 keys, each equipped with an OLED display and two USB ports. The uber-geek factor is included in the $650 price tag.
VIA unveils the VIPRO VP7710 10-inch touch-panel PC

Isaiah architecture designer VIA has just revealed the VIPRO VP7710, a fanless tablet-like PC that features a 10.4-inch touchscreen. Seen below, the portable PC is aimed at applications like wireless POI/ticketing/billing, self-service kiosk/POS control, digital signage, delivery and fleet management, container traffic management and others.

For starts, VIA is offering the VIPRO VP7710 in two versions - the VP-7710-R1E16A1 powered 1.6GHz Eden ULV CPU and the VP-7710-R1C10A1 which is equipped with a 1 GHz C7 processor. Measuring 300.4 x 205.9 x 55.2 mm and weighting in 3.6 kg, the touchpanel PCs have a heavy steel and aluminum chassis, a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels, a motherboard with the CX700M2 chipset, UniChrome Pro II integrated graphics, up to 1GB of RAM, a 2.5-inch hard drive bay and a an CompactFlash memory card slot.

VIA's creation also boasts Gigabit Ethernet, USB and COM connectivity and, depending on the order, Widows XP, Windows XP Embedded, Windows CE 6.0 or Linux as an OS (operating system). According to VIA, the VIPRO PCs are now available to system developers.
